Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how we can improve our services to you and would welcome your thoughts about our surgery and staff.

We have set up a Patient Participation Group to enable you to have your say. The members of this group will be asked to take part in a survey from time to time to enable us to find out your opinion on things like the quality of care you receive, appointments, opening times etc. These questions would not take too much of your time.

We would like to as many patients as possible from as broad a spectrum as possible to join the group to get a representative sample of responses. The young, old, healthy, people with long term illnesses, carers, workers, retirees and people from non-British ethnic groups are needed on this group.

We may ask you to meet with us at Loddon Vale occasionally, but only if you have indicated below you would be happy to do this.
